CREATING A CHARACTER
QUESTIONING CHILDREN
Different characters and accompanying narratives are developed. These are evaluated by questioning children in personal interviews, as well as in on online survey in which 109 children participate.

Based on similar findings for both a Funny ninja monkey character is created.

Paper prototypes are used to evaluate the mobile application together with children and parents. Here the content of the messages and feedback, the functionalities, the tone of voice and the interactions are evaluated.

Children and parents are enthusiastic about the application and recognize the benefits. Based on their advices the application is further improved.
